Jim Prussack Jr, MPT, MMT

Owner/Founder

Jim is a Physical Therapist and is the owner and founder of In-Home Therapy Services of San Diego, and has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years. He attained his Master’s Degree in PT from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and then went on to complete an additional Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth, Australia in 2001.

In his spare time he enjoys surfing, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, his wife and two Mexican rescue mutts.

Kimberly Brown

MSPT

Kimberly Brown, friends and family call her Kimi, is a graduate of the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy program in 2000 at Marymount University in Arlington, VA, just outside of Washington D.C.

Her love of the ocean, surfing and adventure brought her to O’ahu, Hawaii where she practiced as a mobile outpatient physical therapist for 12 years becoming a specialist in geriatric rehabilitation. Her love of being closer to family and new adventures with her husband brought her to San Diego. Kimberly moved to Lake San Marcos in beautiful North County in 2013 and joined the team with In Home Therapy Services of San Diego making her able continue her career and passion for helping the senior community regain their health in a positive way, move more freely and independently and bring more balance and smiles into their lives.

Kimberly enjoys staying active surfing, swimming, biking, sailing, kayaking, skiing, gardening, playing tennis or ping pong, camping and 4 Wheeling at Anza Borrego desert, exploring National Parks and traveling to see friends and family.

Wendy Retzer

Wendy Retzer has been a physical therapist for the past 19 years, working across the lifespan from birth to 99 yrs old in a variety of settings from pediatrics, to outpatient neurological rehabilitation, to home care. She graduated from Loma Linda University in 1993 with a BS in Life Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy, passed California boards and received her license the same year. She was most recently certified as a LSVT BIG professional for idiopathic Parkinson‘s disease. She is also a licensed Brain Gym Consultant & Instructor through the Educational Kinesiology Foundation. Wendy’s physical therapy work in the past 3 years has focused on the 65 years and older population. She enjoys using creative motivational techniques developed through her previous pediatrics work to help people achieve more optimal health, strength and balance in their daily lives, all the while having fun.

When not working, she can be found enjoying life with her husband and two sons in North County.
